GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The “Visconti Card” loyalty card (hereinafter the “Card”) is owned by Visconti di Antonio Visconti, with headquarters at Via Kennedy, 32 – 71045 Orta Nova (FG), VAT No. 04492270717 (hereinafter “Visconti”).

1.2 The card is issued free of charge upon registration of an account on the website www.biscottivisconti.it

1.3 The card is personal, non-transferable, and has no expiration date.

ISSUANCE PROCEDURES

2.1 The card is issued automatically upon registration of an account on the website.

2.2 To obtain the card, you must provide the personal information requested during registration.

2.3 The cardholder agrees to notify us of any changes to their personal information.

POINT ACCUMULATION

3.1 For every euro spent, 10 points are credited to the card.

3.2 Points are calculated based on the net total of purchases, excluding VAT.

3.3 Points are credited automatically after the order is confirmed.

3.4 Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

3.5 In the event of a return or order cancellation, the credited points will be reversed.

USING POINTS

4.1 Points are redeemed at the following rate: 100 points = 1 euro discount

4.2 The minimum value for redemption is 500 points (equivalent to 5 euros)

4.3 Points can be redeemed for discount coupons exclusively through your personal account

4.4 The discount obtained can be used on future purchases

4.5 Discount coupons cannot be combined with other current promotions

4.6 Discount coupons cannot be redeemed for cash

LOSS AND THEFT

5.1 In the event of loss or theft of login credentials, the account holder must immediately notify Visconti

5.2 Until such notification is provided, Visconti is not liable for any misuse of the card

AMENDMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS

6.1 Visconti reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part

6.2 Changes will be communicated to cardholders via the website or email

6.3 Use of the card after such changes constitutes acceptance of the changes

PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

7.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)

7.2 Data processing will be carried out in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website

7.3 The data controller is Visconti di Antonio Visconti

TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

8.1 Visconti reserves the right to suspend or terminate the loyalty program

8.2 In the event of termination, accumulated points must be used within 60 days of notification

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law

9.2 The Court of Foggia shall have jurisdiction over any disputes
