I LOVE VISCONTI" LOYALTY CARD REGULATIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The "I Love Visconti" loyalty card (hereinafter referred to as "card") is owned by Visconti di Antonio Visconti, with head office in Via Kennedy, 32 - 71045 Orta Nova (FG), VAT number 04492270717 (hereinafter referred to as "Visconti").

1.2 The card is issued free of charge upon registration of the account at www.biscottivisconti.com.

1.3 The card is personal, non-transferable and has no expiry date.

METHOD OF ISSUE

2.1 The card is issued automatically following registration of the account on the site.

2.2 To obtain the card, it is necessary to provide the personal data requested during registration.

2.3 The cardholder undertakes to notify any changes in his/her personal data.

ACCUMULATION OF POINTS

3.1 For every euro spent, 10 points are credited to the card.

3.2 Points are calculated on the net total of purchases, excluding VAT.

3.3 Points are credited automatically after confirmation of the order.

3.4 Points are valid for 12 months from the date of accumulation.

3.5 If an order is returned or cancelled, the credited points shall be reversed.

USE OF POINTS

4.1 Points are converted according to the ratio: 100 points = 1 euro discount

4.2 The minimum value for conversion is 500 points (equivalent to 5 euros).

4.3 Points can only be converted into vouchers via the personal account

4.4 The discount obtained can be used on subsequent purchases

4.5 Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other current promotions

4.6 Discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash

LOSS AND THEFT

5.1 In case of loss or theft of access credentials, the holder must immediately notify Visconti

5.2 Until such notification, Visconti is not liable for any misuse of the card

CHANGES AND COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 Visconti reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, even partially.

6.2 The changes will be communicated to the cardholder via the website or email

6.3 The use of the card after the changes constitute acceptance of the changes

PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

7.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)

7.2 Data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website

7.3 The data controller is Visconti di Antonio Visconti

TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAMME

8.1 Visconti reserves the right to suspend or terminate the loyalty programme

8.2 In case of termination, the accumulated points must be used within 60 days from the communication

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

9.2 The Court of Foggia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
