RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Customer, as set forth in Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must send Visconti a communication within the terms indicated to the email address info@biscottivisconti.com and send, at his own expense and using the courier he prefers, the products to Visconti within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address Visconti, Via Kennedy, 32 - 71045 Orta Nova (FG).
Alternatively, you may ask the customer service, after fixing the day, for collection by one of our couriers. For the collection there will be a charge of € 8.00 from the amount paid by the customer.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete with all parts and in their original packaging.
Visconti does not accept partial returns, therefore the right of withdrawal can be applied to the purchased product in its entirety.
If the goods are damaged during transport, Visconti will inform the Customer, so that he can promptly file a complaint against the carrier chosen by him and obtain the relevant refund; in such cases the product will be returned to the Customer, against whom the request for withdrawal will be cancelled.
The Visconti Company shall not be liable in case of damage, theft, loss occurred during the shipment for the return.
The Visconti Company shall refund the Customer the full amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal only after the object has been returned to the premises by means of a transfer procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any event, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a consequence of said refund.
In any case, the customer shall forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where the Visconti company ascertains that:
- the returned product is not intact;
- the product is missing its original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.
If the customer has realised that he/she has purchased a product in error and wishes to exchange it, he/she can make a request to customer service by contacting 0885 861110 or by sending an email to info@biscottivisconti.com within no more than 14 days.
After ascertaining, by sending photos and videos, the integrity of the product, the logistics department may agree to the exchange of the product for a fee of €10.00, which corresponds to the payment of the costs of collecting the item and shipping the new one.
PRODUCT RETURNS DUE TO SENDER ERROR.
In the event that the customer receives a different product from the one purchased, he/she can make a request to customer service by contacting 0885 861110 or by sending an email to info@biscottivisconti.com within and no later than 14 days, sending photos of the product received.
In the event of an error caused by the administration or warehouse department, the customer service department will ship the correct product actually purchased by the customer and collect the incorrect product, without charging any cost to the customer.
