SHIPMENTS
All orders will be processed and dispatched to the address indicated by the customer in the order; Visconti uses couriers such as SDA, GLS and Bartolini and will dispatch all orders within 24-48 working hours at the cost, if any, indicated in the cart before the order is sent. Any delays in shipment will be promptly communicated to the customer. Visconti reserves the right to choose the courier for the shipment of orders, except for exceptions indicated at the customer's request. In addition, the Visconti company reserves the right to accept requests outside the Italian borders, for which not only the shipping costs, but also the delivery times will vary.
The delivery times indicated by the Visconti company are to be considered purely indicative and any delays caused by the couriers of the destination branch are not to be attributed to the sender.
The pictures relating to the fittings category (in particular, the colours) are indicative; therefore, colours that differ from those in the picture are not to be considered as a defect or error and are not attributable to the sender in terms of return.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the consignment note affixed to the package and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by contacting 0885 861110 or by writing on whatsapp to 371 3948161. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set out herein.
