The Visconti family's passion for traditional sweets has turned into a precious artisan reality that today represents the excellence of Apulian confectionery. Starting from a workshop in the heart of Puglia, we began creating biscuits following ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Today, more than twenty years later, that same passion continues to guide us.
Every morning, the smell of freshly baked shortcrust pastry fills our workshop, where we still work by hand, respecting the times and methods of Apulian tradition. Our master bakers jealously guard the secrets of an art that has been handed down for decades, where every gesture is important and every detail makes the difference. We carefully choose ingredients that tell the story of our land: stone-ground Apulian flours, fresh eggs from our local farmers, mother yeast that we cultivate day after day. To these basic ingredients we add only the best, to create authentic flavours reminiscent of grandma's sweets. Visconti biscuits are not just sweets: they are little treasure chests that hold the essence of Apulian tradition, perfect to make every moment of the day special, from breakfast to a snack, right through to after dinner.
Each biscuit is a journey into the genuine flavours of our land, a return to the roots of the true artisan biscuit.
