How to Purchase
The products offered for sale by Visconti are solely those listed on the website at the time the order is placed, as described in the respective product descriptions.
In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying a product’s description (for example, cookies or packaging) are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent the product’s characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size.
To place an order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Website in its entirety and submit it after reviewing the Terms and Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product or products they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request that Visconti issue a tax invoice for the purchase, if desired, in accordance with Article 22 of the Italian Tax Code ( D.p.R. ) No. 633/1972.
Visconti will confirm proper receipt of the Order via an email response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly summarize the terms of purchase and the details entered by the Customer in the Order, so that the Customer may verify them and promptly report any errors.
CARD PAYMENTS
The Customer may choose to pay for the order with a credit card or debit card. The accepted credit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and Union Pay.
We also accept payments via POSTEPAY and all prepaid cards operating within the VISA network.
BANK TRANSFER
The customer may choose to pay for their purchase via bank transfer by entering the IBAN provided on the order confirmation page, payableto VISCONTI DI VISCONTI ANTONIO
In the payment description, please enter the order reference number confirmed in the email.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS, PAY-IN-INSTALLMENTS OPTION
PayPal is a completely secure online payment method that allows customers to pay for their order by logging directly into their account and confirming the payment.
Account and credit card information linked to your account is managed directly by PayPal, which will send a notification via email after payment is processed.
Visconti has no way whatsoever of accessing the card details customers use to make payments.
To meet the needs of all customers, PayPal offers the option to pay in 3 convenient installments, with no interest and no processing fees, for amounts ranging from €30.00 to €2,000.00.
You can view and manage your installment due dates by checking the “View upcoming payments” section in the PayPal app; this also allows you to make early payments at your discretion, with no additional fees.
Even with installment payments, PayPal protects all purchases in the event that the item does not arrive or does not match the description.
Choosing to pay in installments is very simple: just select PayPal as your payment method; if available, the “Pay in 3 installments” option will appear; after receiving confirmation via a code sent to your cell phone, you can complete the purchase.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment must be made upon delivery of the purchased products.
Cash on delivery incurs an additional fee of €4.50, payable by the customer to cover collection costs.
