ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Terms of purchase
The products offered for sale by Visconti are only those present on the site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
It is in any case understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product (e.g. fittings) are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in colour and size.
In order to place an order, the Customer shall fill in the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and the products he intends to purchase. The Customer shall also request the Visconti company, if he wishes, to issue a fiscal invoice for the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972.
The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Visconti Company by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. Such confirmation message will summarise the conditions of purchase and the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the latter can verify them and promptly notify any errors.
PAYMENT BY CARD
The Customer may choose to pay for the Order by credit card or debit card. The credit cards accepted are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Union Pay.
We also accept payment by POSTEPAY and all rechargeable cards operating within the VISA circuit.
BANK TRANSFER
Customers can choose to pay for their purchases by bank transfer by entering the IBAN given on the order confirmation page, made out to VISCONTI DI VISCONTI ANTONIO
In the reason for payment, enter the order reference number confirmed in the email.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS, PAY IN INSTALMENTS OPTION
Paypal is an absolutely secure online payment method that allows the customer to pay for the order by accessing their account directly, by confirming the payment.
The data relating to the account and credit cards connected to your account are managed directly by Paypal, which will provide notification by email, following payment.
The Visconti company does not, in any way, have access to the data of the cards with which customers make payments.
To meet the needs of all customers, Paypal offers the possibility of paying in 3 convenient instalments, without interest and without management costs for amounts from € 30.00 to € 2,000.00.
Viewing and managing the due date of the instalments is possible by consulting the PayPal app in the section ''Show upcoming payments'': this also allows prepayment at the buyer's wish, without additional costs.
Even in the case of instalment payments, PayPal protects all purchases in the event that the item does not arrive or does not match the description.
Choosing payment by instalments is very simple: simply select Paypal as the payment method; if available, the option ''pay in 3 instalments'' will appear; after receiving confirmation by sending a code to their mobile phone, the customer can complete the purchase.
COD
Payment must be made at the time of delivery of the purchased products.
Payment by cash on delivery involves an additional charge of € 4.50 payable by the customer for collection costs.
